Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
-Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor patient vital signs and overall health status.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine.
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
