Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient health status and progress
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

Required Qualifications

  • Valid nursing license in the state of Maine
  • Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with elderly or geriatric patient care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
