Key Responsibilities
• Provide front office support for the revenue cycle team in a medical setting
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
• Verify insurance and patient information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Handle routine inquiries and communicate effectively with patients and providers
• Support billing and data entry tasks as needed

Required Qualifications
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Previous switchboard or front office experience in a fast-paced setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
