Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, part-time (3 shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, clinical, and hospital protocols.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate medical records.
• Float to different facilities as needed and participate in weekend shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in hand.
• Active NBRC certification (RRT required; CRT accepted if eligible).
• BLS certification in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.
• Ability to provide references from current or recent supervisors (must be from within the past 12 months).
• Must pass background checks including drug screening (10-panel plus nicotine test).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably with Cleveland Clinic facilities.
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and patient care procedures.
• Ability to float and adapt across multiple units and facilities.
