Schedule / Job Type

• Part-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring compliance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members regarding patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active RN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Ability to work night shifts reliably.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
