- Part-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring compliance with care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members regarding patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active RN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
