Schedule / Job Type
Days, part-time (3 shifts per week), 12.5-hour shifts, onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status
  • Assist with daily living activities and coordinate care with healthcare teams
  • Follow established protocols to ensure resident safety and comfort
  • Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Mexico
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
  • Basic CPR and first aid certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working with elderly or chronic care populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
