Schedule / Job Type
Days, part-time (3 shifts per week), 12.5-hour shifts, onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status
- Assist with daily living activities and coordinate care with healthcare teams
- Follow established protocols to ensure resident safety and comfort
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Basic CPR and first aid certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with elderly or chronic care populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
