Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Days, Part-time (3 shifts/week, 12.5 hours per shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health status and document care provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs and maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a LTC/SNF environment preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and necessary licensure verifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with geriatric or long-term care populations.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
