Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
- Monitor patient health status and update medical records accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license.
- Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Knowledge of long-term care and skilled nursing facility procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a LTC or SNF setting.
- Experience with patient care documentation systems.
