Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts reliably
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
