- Full-time, days shift, 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with policies and regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adhere to schedule
- Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of elderly care and chronic conditions management
