Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 4 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub for all procedures in CVOR and General OR settings
• Provide specialized perioperative care for cardiac and general surgical patients
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to surgical protocols
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekend call shifts and holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Valid WA RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of perioperative nursing experience, specifically with CVOR procedures
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CNOR preferred
• Ability to scrub for all procedures, including complex cardiac surgeries such as CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, and minimally invasive cardiac surgeries

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system
• Ability to float within the hospital or to nearby sister facilities as needed
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
