Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, days shift, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physicians’ orders and treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Follow all facility and regulatory guidelines for documentation and patient safety.
• Utilize provided equipment to deliver effective therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
• Experience in setting and executing physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation and onboarding requirements prior to start.
• Willing to start with compact license but must obtain permanent license immediately.
• Able to complete additional documentation directly with ATI outside of clearance packet.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior work experience at ATI within the last year or previous travel/PRN experience with ATI more than a year ago.
• Knowledge of credentialing procedures and equipment setup.
