Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor and document patient progress to inform ongoing treatment.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in rehabilitative therapy or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
