Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient physical therapy setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient education and support throughout recovery
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately using Meditech EMR
- Participate in on-call rotation including every other weekend and holidays
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida Physical Therapist license
- MPT or DPT degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech EMR system
- ICU or advanced clinical experience
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
