Job Title

• Registered Nurse - LTAC

Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting utilizing the nursing process in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Delegate patient care tasks appropriately based on staff experience and qualifications.
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Texas or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association).
• Vent/trach management experience.
• Knowledge of central lines; wound care and LTAC experience preferred.
• Must follow the provided submission template for consideration.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Wound care and LTAC-specific experience.
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy management.
• Knowledge of central line care and maintenance.
