Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Monitor patient health and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and report any concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure resident well-being.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care standards and protocols.
