- Full-time, day shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Recent experience in LTC (Long-Term Care) or SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices
- Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts effectively
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with geriatric or long-term care populations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
