Job Title
• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Albuquerque, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, local candidates only
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care or skilled nursing facility residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient health status and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care or SNF setting
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
