• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Albuquerque, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Part-time (3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Assist with residents’ daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with team members to maintain compliance with all safety and health regulations
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license for the state of New Mexico
• Recent experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
• Ability to perform patient assessments and deliver clinical care effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good standing with licensing board
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
