Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Monitor and document patient health status and report significant changes.
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Previous experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with elderly care or chronic illness management.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
