Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor patient health and update care plans as needed.
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine.
- Up-to-date with state-required nursing certifications.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare electronic records systems.
- Compassionate and detail-oriented approach to resident care.
