Schedule / Job Type
Part-time, 12.5-hour shifts, days, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document resident care accurately and thoroughly
- Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a LTC/SNF environment
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a healthcare setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
