Schedule / Job Type
Part-time, 12.5-hour shifts, days, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Administer medications and monitor patient health status
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Document resident care accurately and thoroughly
  • Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a LTC/SNF environment
  • Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a healthcare setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
