Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options and progress
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid State SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in sub-acute rehabilitation settings (preferred)
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
