Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload with professionalism.
