Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet diverse patient needs
