• Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for patients in a sub-acute rehabilitation setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments and progress.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
• Knowledge of swallowing and cognitive disorder therapies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
