Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient conditions and report significant changes.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maryland.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working on rotating schedule preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
