Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Work with a team to develop and implement treatment plans for various neuro diagnoses, including stroke rehab.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as ceiling lifts, Bioness UE Functional E Stim, and FES bikes.
• Document patient progress using the Meditech Expanse system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care and meet patient needs.
• Float to other hospital therapy departments as needed, maintaining flexibility in assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license.
• Hospital inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Stroke rehabilitation experience required.
• Strong clinical skills for neuro patient care.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM start times.
• Good documentation and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Bioness UE Functional E Stim and other neuro-specific technologies.
• Knowledge of hospital-specific documentation systems.
• Experience working with a diverse caseload including neuro and stroke patients.
