Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a busy medical-surgical unit during night shifts
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information using electronic health records (Athena Health preferred)
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Kansas or compact RN license in-hand or submitted with application
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in medical-surgical setting; 2 years preferred
- Must have night shift availability (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Travel compliance requirements met (Tier 1 compliance)
- Charting experience preferred, Athena Health experience is a plus
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong clinical skills and patient advocacy focus
