Key Responsibilities
• Perform patient assessments and treatments in a Long Term Care/SNF setting
• Administer medications and notify healthcare providers of pertinent information
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide wound, urinary, and tracheostomy care
• Manage specialized treatments such as Gastrostomy Tube, Nebulized Therapy, Wound Vac, and CPAP care
• Admit and discharge patients as needed and ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
• Valid Hawaii nursing license (candidate must obtain license prior to start date)
• Ability to perform assessments, medication administration, and patient notifications
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to apply for Hawaii license upon acceptance of offer
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Familiarity with advanced patient care procedures and specialized medical devices
