Key Responsibilities
• Administer direct patient care in long-term care / skilled nursing facility settings
• Monitor and document patient health status and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards
• Provide compassionate support to residents and their families

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Strong clinical and observational skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to shift schedules

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with elderly care or resident management
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
