Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and continuous quality improvement.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies within the unit.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical experience, including pediatric patient care.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems, specifically EPIC.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to floating policies as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a pediatric-focused medical-surgical setting.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience managing diverse patient populations, including both adult and pediatric patients.
