Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medication and monitor patient health status
- Document patient observations and assist with care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Rotate shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or compact license
- Valid BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent GERI LPN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Ability to work rotating shifts of 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Strong patient care and communication skills
