Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week travel assignment
- Night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient nursing care to rehabilitation patients on a 12-hour night shift.
- Administer medications, including IVs, PICC lines, PEG tubes, and blood products.
- Perform procedures such as bladder scans, trach care, tube feedings, Foley catheter management, and bladder irrigation.
- Document patient care and progress using Meditech system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physicians to support patient recovery and functional independence.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Virginia LVN/LPN license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Med/Surg or progressive care unit (PCU) experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Basic proficiency with vital signs, IV pumps, and patient documentation.
