Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant
Location
• Buhler, KS
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, approximately 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapeutic services to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Support patient education and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver cohesive patient care
Required Qualifications
• Current state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Recent diploma or degree in physical therapy assisting
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare software and documentation systems
