Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and therapies to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification.
