Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring occupational therapy services
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and documentation procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a rehabilitative or hospital environment
• Familiarity with treatment software and electronic health records
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
