- Full-time, dayshift, 12.5-hour shifts, local only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans.
- Monitor resident health status and report significant changes to the nursing team.
- Document care provided and maintain detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
