Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate residents/patients to assess progress and treatment needs
• Develop and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by attending physicians or specialists
• Provide consulting physical therapy services in an inpatient, acute rehab, and SNF/ICF settings
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems, specifically Meditech
• Be available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hospital operations

Required Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii State Physical Therapist license (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in adult inpatient, rehab hospital, or SNF settings
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute inpatient, rehab, or skilled nursing facilities
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Meditech
