Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality physical therapy services to patients in various settings
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR and BLS certification
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a outpatient or clinical setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
