Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or orthopedic therapy experience
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and modalities
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
