Key Responsibilities
• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient functionality and independence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Assist patients transitioning from rehab to home or long-term care environments
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment in a comprehensive therapy gym

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license for Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Experience working in rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar settings
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and patient support skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with inpatient or outpatient rehab settings
• Knowledge of ADL training and use of rehab equipment
• Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse patient populations
