- Englewood, CO
Schedule / Job Type
- Travel contract, nights (7:30 PM – 6:00 AM), 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in the NICU and other units as required
- Administer breathing treatments and manage ventilator support using equipment such as Hamilton, Servo, and GE ventilators
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly
- Follow unit policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience, preferably in NICU settings
- NICU experience and NRP certification are required
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with advanced ventilator management and respiratory equipment
- Prior travel therapy experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
