Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Evaluate and monitor patient progress under supervision
- Provide supportive care to patients during therapy sessions
- Document patient responses and treatment outcomes accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
- Knowledge of current therapy techniques and protocols
