Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 12-hour night shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis treatments to patients on scheduled shifts, including bedside and peritoneal dialysis.
• Float to other units and hospitals as needed, ensuring continuous patient care coverage.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including holiday and weekend coverage.
• Collaborate with certified dialysis technicians and healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Meditech EMR system.
• Comply with all safety and infection control protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (ASN or BSN preferred).
• Valid Alabama or compact Registered Nurse license (no temporary licenses accepted).
• BLS or Red Cross certification.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in dialysis.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Professional nursing certification is a plus.
• Prior experience working with dialysis patients in a hospital setting.
