Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Burlington, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, rotating shifts, 12-hour days and nights (7 PM - 7:30 AM / 7 AM - 7:30 PM), rotating every 4 weeks, including every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday for days, Friday - Sunday for nights)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Float to various units including ED holdings, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed.
• Complete day one pass/fail testing, with access to Relias practice exams.
• Adhere to staffing ratios of 1:3 to 1:5 and ensure compliance with shift rotations.
• Support trauma patients, with Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Follow all hospital policies and safety protocols, including BLS certification.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• BLS provider certification from AHA.
• Epic experience is required.
• Must have taken at least 6 months off from BILH system (if previously employed there).
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• ACLS and NIHSS certifications are preferred.
• Level 1 trauma experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working in telemetry or similar units.
