Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in a busy OR setting.
• Assist with preoperative assessments and readying patients for surgery.
• Circulate during surgeries, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Support multiple specialties, including orthopedics, general surgery, ophthalmology, podiatry, gynecology, pain management, urology, neurosurgery, and hand surgery.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced surgical equipment, including DaVinci robotic systems.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth and safe procedures, especially experienced with neurosurgery cases.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
• Significant experience as an OR Circulator nurse.
• Comfortable working with neurosurgery cases and robotic surgical systems.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in call schedules (10 days/month or less).
• Strong understanding of surgical protocols and patient safety standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in high-volume surgical settings (~250 surgeries/month).
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties including neurosurgery and robotic-assisted procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
