Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 7 shifts per week, Days schedule, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy services to diverse patient populations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain all required clinical records.
• Float to different facilities as needed to meet organizational staffing requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, client-centered environment focused on recovery and improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Prior experience providing speech therapy services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in diverse clinical settings or on varied caseloads.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different facility environments.
