Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options and strategies
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation patients
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
