Job Title

• IR/Special Procedures Radiology Technician

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shift (4x10 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide interventional radiology (IR) procedures, including neuro interventions, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Assist with special procedures requiring scrub experience.
• Support call coverage as part of a backup team during weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including after-hours shifts.
• Maintain compliance with travel and licensing requirements, including verify multiple credentials and licenses prior to assignment.
• Collaborate with the medical team and float within scope to different units or affiliate hospitals as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year IR (Interventional Radiology) experience.
• Some neuro procedures experience preferred.
• Valid Maryland or Compact state license required (must be posted prior to start).
• Active BLS and ARRT certification required.
• Must be within a 45-minute radius for callback duties.
• References required; recent staff returning after a break are reviewed case-by-case.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience in radiology.
• Ability to float within the facility and to nearby affiliate hospitals.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
